국민의힘 대전광역시당 공천관리위원회가 27일 제9회 전국동시지방선거와 관련해 기초단체장 및 광역의원 1차 공천 심사 결과를 공개했다.
위원회는 서류 및 면접 심사를 바탕으로 후보자들의 자질과 경쟁력을 종합 평가한 뒤, 이날 회의를 통해 1차 공천 명단을 확정했다고 밝혔다. 이번 결과는 공천 기준의 투명성과 당내 공정성을 최우선으로 한 심사 원칙에 따라 결정된 것으로 전해졌다.
한편, 경선으로 치러지는 선거구의 경우 오는 28일(토)부터 4월 1일(수)까지 선거운동이 진행되며, 경선 투표는 4월 2일(목)부터 3일(금)까지 이틀간 실시된다. 기초단체장 경선은 선거인단 투표 50%와 일반 국민 대상 여론조사 50%를 합산하는 방식으로 진행된다.
