(재)포항테크노파크(원장 송경창)는 30일 임직원과 유관기관 직원을 대상으로 ‘OpenClaw 기반 AI 기초 및 실무활용 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육에는 송경창 원장을 비롯해 실무자와 유관기관 직원 등 15명이 참여했으며, 생성형 AI 기술에 대한 이해를 높이고 실제 업무에 적용하기 위한 실습 중심 프로그램으로 운영됐다.
교육은 OpenClaw 기반 AI 기술 이해와 업무 자동화 활용 등 두 분야로 나뉘어 진행됐다. AI 기술 교육에서는 프레임워크 개론, AI 에이전트 설계 및 구현, 오픈소스 도구 활용, 멀티 에이전트 시스템 구축, 실전 프로젝트 수행 등을 통해 시스템 설계 역량을 강화했다.
이어 업무 자동화 교육에서는 문서 작성 및 요약 자동화, 데이터 수집·정리 자동화, API 연동 워크플로우 구축, 반복 업무 자동화 프로젝트 등 실무 활용도를 높이는 내용이 중점적으로 다뤄졌다.
포항테크노파크는 이번 교육을 통해 직원들의 AI 활용 능력을 높여 업무 효율성과 기획 역량을 동시에 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
송경창 원장은 “AI는 모든 업무의 기반이 되는 핵심 역량”이라며 “구성원들이 AI를 깊이 이해하고 활용하는 것이 중요하다”고 강조했다. 이어 “포항TP가 지역 기업의 AI 전환을 선도하는 혁신 플랫폼으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 지속적인 교육을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 포항테크노파크는 향후 AI 심화 교육과 분야별 맞춤형 프로그램을 확대해 조직 전반의 AI 활용 수준을 높이고 지역 산업의 디지털 전환을 선도해 나갈 계획이다.

The training was divided into two areas: understanding OpenClaw-based AI technology and utilizing it for business automation. The AI technology training strengthened system design capabilities through an introduction to frameworks, AI agent design and implementation, the use of open-source tools, the construction of multi-agent systems, and the execution of practical projects.
Subsequently, the business automation training focused on content designed to enhance practical applicability, such as automating document creation and summarization, automating data collection and organization, building API-linked workflows, and automating repetitive tasks.
