군은 이번 계획에서는 ‘진천군이 선도하는 고용창출 선순환 구조 확립’을 비전으로 설정하고, 15~64세 고용률 76.2% 달성, 지역 일자리 1만 3천347명 창출을 올해의 핵심목표로 제시했다.
