더불어민주당 충남도지사 경선의 향방을 가를 운명의 시간이 다가오는 가운데, 양승조 예비후보가 31일 여의도 중앙당사에서 열린 합동연설회에서 12분간의 정교하고 파급력 있는 연설을 통해 ‘준비된 도지사’로서의 면모를 가감 없이 발휘 했다고 선거 캠프는 밝혔다.
