【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 1일(수)부터 2일(목)까지 증평 블랙스톤 벨포레에서 본청 간부직원, 직속기관장, 교육장 등 44명이 참석한 가운데 〈2026. 충북교육 리더그룹 워크숍>을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 <실용으로 길을 열고, 포용으로 마음을 열다>를 슬로건으로, 실용교육의 철학을 공유하고 현장 변화를 이끄는 리더의 역량을 강화하는 한편 기관 간 협력 기반을 마련하고 충북교육 정책에 대한 공감과 실천 의지를 다지기 위해 마련됐다.
첫날인 1일(수)에는 김광집 스튜디오메타케이 대표의 <AI로 만들어가는 교육의 미래> 특강이 진행되며, <충북교육 4년, 변화를 말하다>, <충북교육 성장, 리더십을 돌아보다>를 주제로 토크 프로그램이 진행된다.
참석자들은 지난 4년간의 정책 성과를 점검하고 리더로서의 역할을 돌아보는 시간을 가졌다.
둘째 날인 2일(목)에는 <충북교육 동행, 함께 걷다>를 주제로 벨포레 일원에서 트래킹형 워크숍이 진행될 예정이며, 이어 <충북교육 비전, 새롭게 쓰다>를 주제로 충북교육 6대 핵심 정책과 주요 사업의 방향에 대해 심층 토의를 진행할 계획이다.
충북교육청은 이번 워크숍을 통해 부서와 기관 간 정책 방향을 공유하고 교육전문직과 교육행정직의 정책 개발·추진 역량을 한층 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
윤건영 교육감은 “리더들과 함께한 소통과 성찰의 시간이 충북교육의 새로운 도약을 이끄는 힘이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 현장과 함께하는 실용교육과 모두를 품는 포용 교육으로 모든 아이의 성장을 뒷받침하겠다.”라고 말했다.
