더불어민주당 김종천 대전 서구청장 예비후보가 기존의 화려한 공연 중심 축제 정책을 전면 재검토하고, 시민의 일상과 휴식을 우선하는 ‘생활 밀착형 축제’로 패러다임을 전환하겠다고 밝혔다.
