고양특례시가 봄철 산불 재난에 대비해 소중한 문화유산과 시민의 안전을 지키기 위한 대규모 실전 대응 훈련을 실시했다.
고양시는 지난 3월 31일 유네스코 세계문화유산인 서오릉 일원에서 인접 지자체 및 유관기관과 함께 ‘2026 산불진화 통합훈련’을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 건조한 날씨로 산불 위험이 급격히 높아지는 봄철을 맞아 초기 대응 역량과 기관 간 협력 체계를 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.
훈련은 서오릉 인근 앵봉산에서 발생한 산불이 강풍을 타고 능역 내 익릉 방향으로 빠르게 확산되는 긴박한 상황을 가정해 진행됐다.
이에 따라 시는 산불 진화 헬기와 진화 차량 등 가용 자원을 총동원해 공중과 지상을 연계한 입체적 진화 작전과 방어선 구축에 집중했다.
