고양소방서, ‘생명 나눔 사랑의 헌혈 릴레이’ 동참

고양소방서는 2일 본서 앞에 마련된 헌혈버스에서 ‘생명 나눔 사랑의 헌혈 릴레이’ 행사를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 소방청이 추진하는 헌혈 릴레이에 동참해 혈액 수급 안정에 기여하고 공공기관으로서 사회적 책임을 실천하기 위해 마련됐으며 이날 행사에는 고양소방서 직원들이 자발적으로 참여해 바쁜 업무 중에도 순차적으로 헌혈버스를 찾아 생명 나눔을 실천하며 따뜻한 마음을 모았다.

특히 시민의 생명을 지키는 소방공무원들이 혈액 나눔에도 적극 동참했다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.

박기완 고양소방서장은 “국민의 안전을 책임지는 소방공무원으로서 혈액 수급에 보탬이 될 수 있어 뜻깊다”고 말했으며 이어 “앞으로도 생명 존중의 가치를 실천하는 데 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.
