[브레이크뉴스 양주=김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시가 ‘제9회 양주 회암사지 왕실축제’를 앞두고 대규모 인파에 대비한 안전관리 대책 점검에 나섰다.
시는 지난 2일 축제 안전관리계획을 심의하기 위한 ‘안전관리실무위원회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 회의에는 김정일 부시장을 위원장으로 시민안전과와 축제 주관부서인 문화관광과를 비롯해 양주경찰서, 양주소방서, 전기·가스·통신 분야 관계자 등 13명이 참석했다.
위원회는 오는 17일부터 열리는 왕실축제 안전관리계획안을 중심으로 축제 전반의 안전대책을 점검했다. 특히 10만 명 이상의 관람객이 방문할 것으로 예상됨에 따라 사전 통제 계획과 안전요원 배치 방안을 중점적으로 논의했다.
아울러 ▲인파 분산 및 동선 확보 ▲교통·주차 관리 ▲재난 대비 보험 가입 ▲비상 상황 대응체계 구축 등 현장 중심의 대응 과제를 점검하고, 긴급 상황 발생 시 신속한 대응을 위한 유관기관 간 협력 체계 강화 방안도 공유했다.
시는 이번 위원회에서 논의된 사항을 바탕으로 행사 전 최종 점검을 실시해 안전사고 예방에 만전을 기할 계획이다.
