고양특례시가 보건 행정 전반에 대한 점검에 나선다.
시는 행정의 투명성을 강화하고 시민 불편을 해소하기 위해 오는 4월 20일부터 5월 1일까지 덕양구·일산동구·일산서구 등 관내 3개 구 보건소를 대상으로 정기 종합감사를 실시한다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 감사는 ‘2026년 고양시 자체감사 기본계획’에 따라 추진되는 정기 점검으로, 보건소 운영 전반을 폭넓게 들여다보는 것이 핵심이다.
시는 특히 예산 집행의 적정성과 낭비 요소를 점검하는 한편, 위법하거나 부당한 행정 처분 여부, 소극 행정 및 업무 처리 지연 등 시민 불편을 유발하는 행위에 대해 집중적으로 확인할 방침이다.
감사 실효성을 높이기 위해 시민 참여도 확대된다.
시는 4월 6일부터 16일까지 ‘시민과 함께하는 공개 감사’ 기간을 운영하고, 보건소 이용 과정에서 겪은 불합리한 규제나 공직자의 비위, 위법·부당 행위 등에 대한 제보를 접수한다.
제보 대상은 주민 생활에 불편을 주는 행정 행위와 제도 개선이 필요한 사항, 공직자의 비리 및 부당 업무 처리 등이다.
다만 가명이나 무기명 진정, 수사·재판 중인 사안, 사적인 권리 관계나 사생활 침해 우려가 있는 내용은 접수 대상에서 제외된다.
참여를 원하는 시민은 고양시청 누리집 고시·공고란에서 신청서를 내려받아 작성한 뒤 민원신고센터, 전자우편, 팩스, 방문 및 우편 등을 통해 제출할 수 있다.
시는 제보자의 신분을 철저히 보호해 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 한다는 방침이다.
이동환 시장이 이끄는 고양시는 이번 감사를 통해 보건 행정 서비스의 질을 한층 끌어올리고, 시민 중심의 행정 체계를 강화한다는 계획이다.
