충남교육청이 고등학교 성취평가제의 신뢰도 향상과 서·논술형 평가 확대를 위해 디지털 기술을 접목한 평가 지원 체계 구축에 나섰다.
교육청은 6일 부여문화원에서 중·고교 교감 및 평가 담당 교원 300여 명을 대상으로 스마트 채점 시스템 활용 방안을 안내하는 배움자리를 진행했다.
총 2차시로 진행된 연수에서는 절대평가 방식인 성취평가제의 공정성을 확보하기 위해 학교와 교육청, 국가가 협력하는 3단계 질 관리 모니터링 체계에 대한 안내가 이뤄졌다.
아울러 서·논술형 평가 체계 확립을 위한 스마트 채점 시스템 운영 방략 및 적용 사례에 관한 논의도 진행됐다.
또한 도 교육청은 평가 자료를 정밀 분석해 성적 부풀리기 등 부적절한 사례가 우려되는 학교를 대상으로 맞춤형 전문 상담을 실시했다.
서·논술형 평가의 안정적인 정착을 유도하고자 도입한 스마트 채점 시스템은 교사들의 과도한 채점 업무 부담을 줄이는 데 초점이 맞춰졌다. 이 시스템은 채점 과정의 객관성을 보장함으로써 학생 평가 결과에 대한 학부모와 학생의 신뢰를 높이는 역할을 수행하게 된다.
윤표중 중등교육과장은 현장 교사들의 평가 역량을 강화해 미래형 교육 환경에 걸맞은 학생 평가 문화를 정착시키겠다고 밝혔다.
