【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군보건소는 공공의료 서비스의 안정적인 제공을 위해 보건소에서 근무할 기간제 의사를 공개 채용 중이라고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 최근 공중보건의 감소로 공공의료 분야의 진료 공백이 우려됨에 따라 이를 해소하고 군민에게 지속적인 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해 추진됐다.
군에 따르면 기존 일반의과 분야에 배치됐던 공중보건의 4명 중 2명이 4월 복무기간 종료로 이탈하면서, 남은 2명이 관내 7개 보건소, 보건지소의 공공진료를 담당해야 하는 상황이다.
채용 인원은 일반의과 의사 1명으로, 오는 5월부터 12월까지 진천군 보건소에서 근무하게 된다.
주요 업무는 △지역주민 대상 일반 진료, 처방 △건강진단결과서(보건증) 발급을 위한 진료 △국가 예방접종 예진 △만성질환 관리, 지역 보건사업 자문 등이다.
군은 원활한 인력 확보를 위해 근무 여건도 함께 추진한다.
기존 일 29만 원 수준이던 인건비를 40만 원으로 상향하고, 근무시간 조정 등 유연한 근무 환경을 마련하는 등 다양한 지원책을 마련했다.
