충남 논산시가 오는 13일 오후 2시 농업기술센터 대강당에서 지역 농업인 100명을 대상으로 농산물우수관리제도(GAP) 교육을 시행한다고 7일 밝혔다.
시는 교육을 통해 소비자에게 안전한 먹거리를 제공하기 위한 생산부터 유통까지의 위해요소 관리 인증 절차를 농가에 안내할 계획이다.
GAP 인증을 유지하려는 농업인은 2년에 한 번 2시간 이상의 의무 교육을 반드시 이수해야 한다.
이번 교육은 농산물 안전관리 방안과 함께 농약허용기준강화제도(PLS) 등 현장에서 숙지해야 할 핵심 내용을 중점적으로 다룰 예정이다.
논산시는 농가들의 교육 접근성을 높이기 위해 오는 9월과 11월에도 추가 교육 일정을 마련할 방침이다.
신청은 교육 당일 현장에서 접수하거나 시청 누리집을 통해 온라인으로 할 수 있다.
