이날 체결식에는 황기연 전라남도지사 권한대행과 장충모 전남개발공사 사장을 비롯한 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석했다. 이번 약정은 내년에 개최될 여수세계섬박람회의 대내외 홍보를 강화하고, 도민들의 참여 분위기를 조성하기 위해 마련되었다.
