경기도파주교육지원청이 관내 지방공무원의 직무 전문성 강화와 정서 지원을 위한 통합형 연수 프로그램인 2026 파주 세움(3-움) 아카데미 운영을 시작했다.

이번 프로그램은 꿈·함성 파주미래교육 실현을 위한 교육공동체 역량 강화와 일과 학습이 공존하는 조직 문화 조성을 목적으로 기획됐다.
파주 세움 아카데미는 직무 교육과 교양 과정을 결합한 원데이 클래스 형태로 진행된다. 교육 내용은 실무 역량 강화를 위한 지출·계약 감사사례, 예산 흐름, 급여 및 노무관리 등 현장 맞춤형 직무 연수로 구성됐으며 이와 함께 조직문화 정서 지원을 위한 다채로운 소양 교육도 마련됐다.
또 인문학 강의를 비롯해 스마트폰 사진 촬영, 자산 관리, 디지털 AI 업무 활용법 등 실생활과 밀접한 주제들이 포함됐으며 지역사회에 대한 이해를 높이기 위한 생태교육, 플로깅, 내 고장 탐구 등 체험 중심의 연수도 병행할 계획이다.
파주교육지원청은 내실 있는 운영을 위해 지난 3월 교육 수요자를 대상으로 사전 의견 조사를 실시했으며, 현장의 목소리를 적극 반영해 연수 과정을 선정했으며 연수 대상은 파주 관내 지방공무원이며 과정별로 30명에서 50명 규모로 운영된다.
전선아 교육장은 실질적인 수요에 기반한 맞춤형 연수 지원을 통해 교육행정의 전문성을 함양하고 공직자들이 함께 성장하는 즐거운 배움의 장이 되기를 기대한다고 밝혔다.
