[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 위기가구를 조기에 찾아내고 실질적인 지원으로 연결하는 현장 중심 복지체계를 강화하고 있다.
김해시는 2025년 기준 빅데이터 기반 발굴시스템과 고독사 위험군 조사, 주민신고 등을 통해 위기가구 1만2,662건을 확인했으며, 이 가운데 1만1,680건에 공적급여와 민간자원을 연계해 지원했다. 발굴에 그치지 않고 실제 지원까지 이어지는 구조를 구축한 것이 특징이다.
복지 접근성도 확대됐다. 카카오톡 채널 ‘김해야! 톡’과 오프라인 ‘김해야! 통’을 통해 약 19만 건의 상담과 정보 제공이 이뤄졌고, 복지등기 등을 활용한 비대면 안내와 현장 확인을 병행하고 있다.
시는 긴급복지와 희망지원금을 신속히 지원하는 한편, 복합 위기가구에 대해서는 통합사례관리를 통해 맞춤형 지원과 사후 관리까지 이어가고 있다. 이러한 성과는 ‘2026년 사례공유 컨퍼런스’ 우수사례로도 선정됐다.
이와 함께 민관 협력 사업을 통해 생계·교육·돌봄 등 다양한 분야에서 복지 안전망을 확대해 나가고 있다.
