또 “신고부터 확인까지 모든 과정이 단시간 내 공적 기록으로 남아 있다”며 “불법을 시도했다면 오히려 선관위 확인 절차를 거칠 이유가 없다”고 반박했다.
주 후보는 “근거 없는 의혹 제기로 선거를 혼탁하게 만드는 행위는 중단돼야 한다”며 “시민들이 객관적인 자료를 바탕으로 판단해 주길 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편 주 후보 측은 이날 기자회견에서 선거사무안내 지침 사본과 신고서 제출 증빙, 음성파일 전송 내역, 선관위 통화 기록, 회신 공문 등 관련 자료 일체를 공개했다.
