민원 접수부터 실행까지 ‘원스톱’ 전환…
AI 분석 통한 우선순위 설정 시스템 제안

더불어민주당 김찬술 대덕구청장 예비후보가 인공지능(AI) 기술을 구정에 접목해 행정의 효율성과 속도를 획기적으로 높이겠다는 파격적인 공약을 내놨다.
김 예비후보는 9일 보도자료를 통해 주민들의 민원과 제안을 실시간으로 분석하고 신속하게 해결하는 ‘AI 기반 지능형 행정 시스템’ 도입 구상을 발표했다.
김 후보는 현재 대덕구 행정의 고질적인 문제로 ‘속도’를 꼽았다.
그는 “기존의 행정 방식은 민원 접수 이후 실제 처리까지 불필요한 대기와 지연이 반복되는 구조였다”며, “주민들이 변화를 체감하기 위해서는 무엇보다 행정의 속도부터 근본적으로 바꿔야 한다”고 진단했다.

구체적인 실행 방안으로는 주민들이 제안한 다양한 목소리를 AI가 빅데이터화하여 분석하고, 시급성과 중요도에 따라 정책 우선순위를 자동으로 분류하는 시스템을 제안했다.
이를 통해 공무원의 판단을 보조하고, 실무 부서가 즉각적인 행동에 나설 수 있는 데이터 기반의 의사결정 체계를 구축하겠다는 구상이다.
김 후보는 “행정의 진정한 목적은 복잡한 절차 이행이 아니라 주민이 원하는 ‘결과’를 만들어내는 것”이라며, “주민의 목소리가 실제 정책으로 실현되기까지 걸리는 시간을 단축하는 것이 공공 서비스의 핵심 가치”라고 역설했다.
아울러 김 후보는 AI 행정 도입이 단순한 기술적 보완이 아닌, 행정의 패러다임을 바꾸는 혁신 과정임을 분명히 했다.
