충남도의회가 제365회 임시회를 통해 도정과 교육행정 전반을 점검하고 주요 현안 처리 일정을 마무리했다.
도의회는 9일 열린 제3차 본회의에서 ‘충청남도 재생에너지산업 육성에 관한 조례안’을 비롯한 총 47건의 안건을 심의·의결하고 이번 회기를 폐회했다.
이번 임시회 동안 6명의 의원이 도정과 교육행정에 관한 질문을 통해 행정 전반의 운영 실태를 점검했으며, 14명의 의원이 5분 발언을 통해 지역 현안 해결을 요구하는 목소리를 냈다.
특히 ‘지방의원 정수 및 선거구 획정 개선 촉구 건의안’을 비롯해 6건의 건의안이 본회의에서 채택되며 지방자치 발전과 제도 개선을 위한 의회 차원의 의견도 공식화됐다.
또한 공석이던 예산결산특별위원장에는 구형서 의원(천안4·더불어민주당)이 새로 선출돼 위원회 구성을 완료했다.
논산세계딸기 산업엑스포 특별위원회는 이번 회기 기간 중 논산딸기축제를 직접 방문해 축제 운영 상황을 점검하는 등 활발한 현장 활동을 이어갔다. 이는 지역 산업 육성 및 행사 운영 개선을 위한 실질적인 의정활동의 일환이라는 평가다.
