이번 연수는 학교폭력 사안 처리의 전문성과 공정성을 강화하고, 피해학생 보호 및 관계 회복 중심의 학교문화를 조성하기 위해 마련되었다. 특히 학교폭력 전담조사관 제도의 안정적 운영과 현장 대응력 강화를 목표로 마련되었다.
연수에는 남부 3군 학교폭력 전담조사관 15여명이 참여하며 주요 프로그램은 ▲학교폭력 전담조사관 제도의 이해와 실제 ▲학교폭력 사안조사 보고서 분석 ▲지역별 조사 사례공유 및 협의 등으로 구성된다.
오전에는 학교폭력 사안 처리 절차와 조사관의 역할에 대한 이해를 높이는 강의가 진행되고, 오후에는 실제 사례를 기반으로 한 보고서 분석과 지역별 사례 공유를 통해 실무 역량을 높이는 시간이 마련되었다.
한상현 교육장은 “학교폭력 사안 처리의 공정성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 조사관의 전문성은 무엇보다 중요하다.”며, “이번 연수를 통해 현장 중심의 대응 능력을 강화하고, 학생들이 안전하고 평화로운 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다.”고 말했다.
