충남 청양군이 시민과의 약속을 실천하는 ‘책임 행정’ 분야에서 전국 최고 수준의 역량을 다시 한번 입증했다.
청양군은 한국매니페스토실천본부가 주관한 ‘2026년 전국 기초단체장 공약 이행 평가’에서 최고 등급인 ‘최우수(SA)’를 획득했다고 10일 밝혔다. 지난해에 이은 2년 연속 쾌거로, 충남 지역 군 단위 지자체 중에서는 유일하게 최상위 등급을 지켜냈다.
이번 평가는 공약 이행의 완료도, 목표 달성도, 주민 소통 등 5개 지표를 정밀 분석해 이뤄졌다. 청양군은 공약 이행률 86.5%를 기록하며 전국 평균(70.4%)을 16%포인트 이상 크게 앞질렀다. 재정 확보율 또한 65.3%로 전국 평균(52.2%)을 상회하며, 계획된 사업을 실질적으로 수행할 수 있는 탄탄한 추진력을 보여줬다는 평가를 받았다.
