[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 정당이나 후보자가 선거공약의 구체적인 로드맵을 문서로 만들어 공표하는 정책서약서인 매니페스토 평가에서 최우수 등급인‘SA’를 받았다고 13일 밝혔다.
(사)한국매니페스토실천본부가 주관한 2026년 전국 기초단체장 공약이행평가에서 김해시는 평가항목 전 분야에서 고르게 높은 평가를 받아 SA(총점 90점 이상) 등급을 받았으며, 2023년부터 2026년까지 4년 연속 SA 등급을 유지한 것은 부산·경남 지역 기초지자체 중 김해시가 유일하다.
(사)한국매니페스토실천본부는 전국 기초지방정부 홈페이지에 공개된 공약이행자료(2025년 12월 31일 기준)를 분석해 ▲ 공약이행완료(100점) ▲ 2025년 목표달성(100점) ▲ 주민소통(100점) ▲ 웹소통(성공·실패) ▲ 공약일치도(성공·실패) 분야를 평가항목에 따라 세부지표별로 평가했다.
평가결과에 따라 전국 기초지방정부를 SA·A·B·C·D 등 5등급으로 분류한다.

Gimhae City is the only basic local government in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions to maintain the SA grade for four consecutive years, from 2023 to 2026. The Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters analyzed pledge implementation data (as of December 31, 2025) disclosed on the websites of basic local governments nationwide and evaluated the following areas based on detailed indicators according to evaluation criteria: ▲ Completion of Pledge Implementation (100 points) ▲ Achievement of 2025 Goals (100 points) ▲ Communication with Residents (100 points) ▲ Web Communication (Success/Failure) ▲ Pledge Consistency (Success/Failure).
