13일 전주비전대학교 행복기숙사 컨벤션홀에서 '2026 학교급식 종합컨설팅단 발대식 및 멘토-멘티 결연식'이 성황리에 열렸다.
이날 행사는 전북교육청이 학교급식 운영을 내실화하는 동시에 신규 및 저경력 영양교사의 현장 적응력을 높이기 위한 맞춤형 지원체계 구축을 목적으로 마련됐다.
결연식에는 신규 임용 및 기간제 영양(교)사 등 멘티 15명과 학교급식 컨설턴트와 멘토교사ㆍ급식분야별 강사단 등 총 60여 명이 참여했다.
특히 '건강한 관계 형성과 소통을 위한 영양교사의 리더십'을 주제로 학생ㆍ학부모와 소통을 강화하는 방법에 대한 강의도 진행돼 각별한 의미를 담아냈다.
임영근 문예체건강과장은 "멘토-멘티 결연을 통해 신규 영양교사와 경험이 풍부한 교사 간 지속적인 협력 체계가 구축돼 현장 중심의 실질적인 지원이 이뤄질 질 것으로 기대한다"며 "컨설팅단 운영으로 학교급식의 전문성과 공공성을 강화해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
