올해 사업에서는 거점수거용기 1,500여 개를 대상으로 오는 10월까지 7개월 동안 월 1회 세척 및 소독 작업을 실시한다.

시는 고압 스팀세척 장비를 갖춘 차량을 이용해 용기 외부 및 내부 상단의 찌꺼기를 말끔히 제거하는 방식을 사용하고, 발생하는 오수와 오물도 최소화 및 적법한 처리 과정을 거칠 것이라고 설명했다.
