【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 13일 자연과학교육원에서 실력다짐 초등교육 현장지원단 221명을 대상으로 상반기 워크숍을 개최했다.
실력다짐 초등교육 현장지원단은 교육과정·수업·평가·기록·놀이·기초학력 영역에서 학교를 맞춤형으로 지원하는 교원 중심 지원체계로, 모든 학생의 주도적인 배움 실현을 목표로 운영된다.
2026학년도 현장지원단은 총 221명으로, 핵심교원과 교육지원청 추천교사, 교육전문직원 등으로 구성됐다. 분야별로는 ▲교육과정 지원단 53명 ▲수업코칭단 50명 ▲평가지원단 78명 ▲학교생활기록부 지원단 27명 ▲놀이지원단 13명이며, 기초학력지원단은 별도 계획에 따라 운영된다.
이번 워크숍은 초등교육 정책에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 현장지원단의 역할을 정립하고, 분야별 운영 방향을 공유하며 학교 현장 지원 방안을 구체화하기 위해 마련됐다.
<실용과 포용의 충북교육>을 주제로 정책특강, 분야별 연수, 지원단별 협의를 중심으로 운영되며 실질적인 현장 지원 방안을 모색했다.
분야별 연수에서는 ▲교육과정(학교교육과정·학교자율시간 컨설팅) ▲수업(개념기반 교육과정 및 질문중심 수업) ▲평가(학생평가 컨설팅 현장 질의 중심 포인트) ▲학교생활기록부(기재요령 주요 개정 안내) ▲놀이(전인적 성장을 돕는 놀이교육 컨설팅 사례) 등을 중심으로 운영돼 지원단의 전문성과 현장 대응 역량을 높였다.
현장지원단은 도교육청 및 교육지원청과 연계해 연수, 컨설팅, 워크숍, 사례나눔, 자료개발 등 다양한 방식으로 학교 현장을 지원할 예정이다.
윤건영 교육감은 “초등교육 현장지원단은 학교를 가장 잘 이해하는 교원 전문가들이 함께하는 지원체계”라며 “학교 현장에서 필요로 하는 분야별 맞춤형 지원을 통해 충북 초등교육의 내실을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다.”라고 말했다.
