【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 일하기 좋은 직장문화 조성을 위해 힘쓰는 ‘여성친화기업 선정’을 위한 지원 공모를 오는 24일까지 받는다고 밝혔다.
신청 자격은 지역 내 사업장을 두고 있으며 여성 상시근로자가 5인 이상인 기업이다.
시는 양성평등 조직문화조성, 일․가정 양립지원, 시설환경개선 등 3개 분야 25개 항목의 평가기준에 의해 1차 현장실사와 2차 위원회 심사를 거쳐, 일․생활의 균형 있는 직장문화 조성을 위해 노력하는 기업 2개 업체를 선정할 계획이다.
다만, △유사 사업으로 이미 지원을 받은 기업 △공공기관․관공서(학교 포함) 등 정부에서 운영하는 사업장 △3개월 미만의 계절적/일시적 인력수요 업체 △숙박, 음식업, 서비스업종 사업체 △사업의 목적과 취지에 맞지 않다고 인정되는 사업장 등은 신청 대상에서 제외된다.
선정된 여성친화기업은 휴게실, 수유실, 화장실 등 ‘여성근로자의 편의시설 환경개선 사업비 최대 1천만 원 지원’과 ‘인증 현판’, ‘여성새로일하기센터 연계를 통한 여성근로자 구인 지원’, ‘시 홈페이지 기업홍보’ 등의 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
