[브레이크뉴스 양주=김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시 소재 전통주 제조업체인 ㈜양주도가 농업회사법인과 양주골이가전통주가 최근 서울 중구 웨스틴 조선호텔에서 열린 ‘2026 대한민국 주류대상’ 우리술 부문에서 나란히 대상을 수상하며 양주 전통주의 위상을 높였다.
올해로 13회째를 맞은 ‘대한민국 주류대상’은 조선비즈가 주최하는 국내 최대 규모의 주류 품평회다. 올해는 역대 최대 규모인 260개 업체, 1,118개 브랜드가 출품돼 치열한 경합을 벌였다.
㈜양주도가는 올해 전통주 부문에서 ‘청사과막끌림’으로 대상을 수상했다. 이 업체는 2021년 ‘별산막걸리’, 2024년 ‘별산소주25’, 2025년 ‘소쿨’에 이어 매년 수상 실적을 이어가고 있다.
양주골이가전통주 역시 올해 ‘이가주’로 대상을 차지했다. 2024년 출시한 ‘이가주탁’이 지난해 대상을 받은 데 이어 올해도 성과를 이어갔다. 또한 떠먹는 탁주 ‘이화주’로 4년 연속 대상을 기록하는 등 매년 우수한 품질을 인정받고 있다.
이송주 양주시 농업기술센터소장은 “양주 농산물을 활용한 전통주가 전국 최고의 품질로 인정받아 매우 자랑스럽다”며, “전통주 업체들이 농가와 상생하며 동반 성장할 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.
