충청남도가 도민의 아이디어가 실제 정책으로 실현될 수 있도록 ‘도민참여예산 제안사업 설명회(컨설팅)’를 도입하고 밀착 지원에 나선다.
도는 단순히 제안서를 접수받아 심사하는 기존 방식에서 벗어나, 도민이 제안한 사업의 완성도를 높이고 예산 편성의 실효성을 극대화하기 위해 이번 컨설팅을 마련했다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 컨설팅은 ‘2026년 도민참여예산 제안사업’ 공모 과정에서 사업의 구체성이 떨어지거나 법령 검토 및 행정 용어 해석 등에 어려움을 겪는 도민들을 돕기 위해 기획됐다.
주요 지원 내용은 사업 타당성 정밀 검토 ,예산 산출 기초 구체화 ,관련 법령 및 제도적 보완 ,행정 용어 변환 및 정책적 구체화 등이다. 이를 통해 도민, 전문가, 관계 공무원이 한자리에 모여 머리를 맞대고 사업을 다듬는 능동적인 협업 구조로 전환한다.
컨설팅을 희망하는 도민은 오는 30일까지 ‘충남서로이음’ 누리집을 통해 도민참여예산 제안사업 신청 시 함께 접수하면 된다. 별도의 컨설팅 없이 사업 제안만 하려는 도민은 5월 27일까지 동일한 누리집을 통해 신청할 수 있다.
충남도 관계자는 “좋은 아이디어가 행정의 문턱을 넘지 못해 사장되는 일이 없도록 공모 기간 내내 전문가 컨설팅을 병행할 것”이라며 “도민이 제안한 사업이 최종 선정되고 원활히 집행될 수 있도록 전 과정에 걸쳐 끝까지 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 강조했다.
