김 예비후보는 13일, 완도 냉동창고 화재 진압 중 안타깝게 목숨을 잃은 故 박승원 소방위와 故 노태영 소방사의 빈소가 마련된 완도 장례식장을 전날에 이어 다시 찾았다.
이날 빈소에는 김민석 국무총리도 방문해 두 순직 소방관에게 옥조근정훈장을 추서하며 숭고한 희생을 기렸다. 김 예비후보는 유가족의 슬픔을 함께 나누는 한편, 현장에서 고생하는 동료 소방대원들의 손을 잡으며 깊은 위로의 뜻을 전했다.
