충남교육청이 학생과 교직원이 함께 만드는 ‘안전한 학교 문화’ 확산에 나선다.
도교육청은 13일부터 24일까지 ‘2026년 안전주간’을 운영하며, 학교 현장의 안전의식 제고와 생활 속 안전 실천 정착을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이번 안전주간에는 극한 호우 대비 재난 취약 시설 점검을 비롯해 재난 사진전, 직원 대상 안전체험관 프로그램 등 교육청 차원의 실천 활동이 마련된다.
각 학교에서는 심폐소생술 실습, 화재 예방 교육, 생존배낭 만들기 등 체험 중심의 교육을 실시해 학생과 교직원의 위기 대응 역량을 강화할 계획이다.
특히 국민안전의 날인 4월 16일에는 세월호 참사 12주기를 맞아 희생자를 추모하며, 교육공동체가 함께 안전의 의미를 되새기는 시간을 갖는다.
