더불어민주당 충남도지사 경선 결선에 오른 양승조 예비후보가 결선 투표 시작일인 13일, 노동계의 목소리를 대폭 반영한 ‘노동자 권익 개선 4대 공약’을 발표하며 표심 잡기에 나섰다.
