【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군은 귀농귀촌인의 안정적인 농촌 정착을 돕고 초기 주거 마련 부담을 덜기 위해 2026년 귀농귀촌 주택신축 설계비 지원사업을 추진한다고 14일 밝혔다.
군은 올해 관내에 주택을 새로 짓는 귀농귀촌인을 대상으로 총사업비 4,000만 원을 투입해 가구당 최대 200만 원의 설계비를 지원한다.
지난해 설계를 마쳤더라도 올해 주택을 착공하거나 준공하면 지원받을 수 있으며 설계비를 선결제한 후 요건에 맞춰 신청하면 된다.
지원 대상은 괴산군 전입일로부터 5년이 지나지 않은 세대주로 전입 직전 1년 이상 도시지역(읍·면 단위 제외)에서 지속 거주한 이력이 있어야 한다.
귀농 주택구입 지원사업(융자) 중복 대상자도 신청이 가능하다.
다만, 상가나 사무실 등 주거 목적 외 용도나 창고·차고·별채 등 안채 이외의 시설은 지원에서 제외된다.
특히, 연면적 50㎡ 미만의 소규모 시설이나 농막, 임시 거주 목적의 컨테이너 주택 등은 혜택을 받을 수 없다.
신청은 예산 소진 시까지 연중 상시 가능하며 관련 서류를 갖춰 농업기술센터 귀농귀촌지원팀으로 방문 제출하면 된다.
