김정섭·손세희·조한영 후보와 릴레이 협약… 15대 핵심 과제 공동 실천 약속
KTX 공주역 활성화·홍성 식량수도·예산 바이오단지 등 지역 맞춤형 공약 추진
양승조 더불어민주당 충남도지사 경선후보가 충남권 주요 시·군 후보들과 연쇄 정책 협약을 체결하며 본선 경쟁력을 강화하고 나섰다. 양 후보는 하루 사이 공주, 홍성, 예산을 잇달아 방문해 기초단체장 후보들과 손을 맞잡고 지역 발전을 위한 ‘3각 정책 벨트’ 완성을 선언했다.
이번 릴레이 협약은 단순한 선거용 연대를 넘어, 도정과 시·군정이 하나의 팀으로 움직여 정체된 지역 사업을 정상화하고 정책 추진 속도를 높이겠다는 실천 의지를 담고 있다.
양승조 후보와 김정섭 공주시장 후보는 공주의 미래를 바꿀 5대 공동 실천 과제에 합의했다.
주요 내용으로는 △송선·동현지구 도시개발사업의 차질 없는 추진 △KTX 공주역 활성화 △민자 유치를 통한 도심 호스텔 조성 △금강 지방정원 조성 △계룡산 철화분청사기 문화단지 구축 등이 포함됐다.

이들은 △대한민국 대표 식량수도 완성 △수도권 전철 홍성역 연장 △내포혁신도시 공공기관 유치 △서해선-경부고속선 직결(홍성~서울 40분대) △우량 기업 유치 등을 핵심 과제로 선정했다.
손 후보는 “양 후보와의 연대를 통해 말뿐인 약속이 아닌 현장의 결과를 만들어내는 해결사가 되겠다”고 화답했다.
