지역을 대표하는 제약 기업의 노사가 손을 맞잡고, 거리 위에서 땀 흘리는 플랫폼 노동자들의 든든한 ‘회복제’를 자처하고 나섰다.
동아제약(주) 천안공장 노사는 지역 내 이동노동자들을 응원하기 위해 피로회복제 박카스 5,000병을 기증했다고 14일 밝혔다.
이번 기증은 단순한 물품 전달을 넘어, 지역 노사민정이 한데 모여 플랫폼 노동이라는 새로운 노동 형태에 대한 사회적 연대 의지를 확인했다는 점에서 의미가 깊다.
지난 13일 천안 두정동 소재 충청남도 이동노동자 종합지원센터에서 열린 기증식에는 동아제약 천안공장 강보성 생산본부장과 정용진 노동조합 위원장이 나란히 참석했다.
이들은 한국노총 충남세종지역본부 관계자에게 기증서를 전달하며, 일터 혁신의 성과를 지역 사회와 나누겠다는 뜻을 분명히 했다.
동아제약 천안공장은 충청남도와 노사민정협의회가 선정한 ‘일터 혁신 우수기업’이다.
노사는 지난 2024년 ‘안전하고 건강한 일터 조성’을 위한 공동선언에 참여한 데 이어, 지난해에는 혁신적인 노사 관계를 인정받아 우수기업 타이틀을 거머쥐었다.
이날 기증식에서 노사 대표는 “지역사회의 일원으로서 사회적 책임을 다하는 것은 당연한 의무”라며, “앞으로도 플랫폼 노동자들의 건강과 휴식에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 분기마다 자사 제품을 정기적으로 지원하겠다”고 약속했다.
충남이동노동자종합지원센터는 기증받은 박카스 5,000병을 천안, 아산, 당진, 서산 등 도내 4개 시군에 소재한 유·무인 이동노동자 쉼터에 즉시 비치할 예정이다.
충남도 관계자는 노사 상생과 지역사회 상생은 결국 하나의 뿌리라며, 앞으로도 노사민정의 촘촘한 협력 체계를 통해 모든 노동자가 안전하고 건강한 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 정책적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다고 전했다.
