대전 동구는 14일 구청장 접견실에서 용운동 소재 국공립어린이집인 에코포레라온어린이집(변경위탁) 및 새록새록어린이집(재위탁)과 운영 위·수탁 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 위탁 기간이 만료된 시설의 안정적인 운영을 보장하고 보육 서비스의 연속성을 유지하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 시설 운영체 변경에 따른 혼선을 막고 공공보육의 책임성을 높이려는 동구의 의지가 반영됐다.
해당 구는 이번 협약 과정에서 공정성과 투명성을 강화하는 데 주력했다.
주요 내용으로는 기존 종사자의 고용 승계 원칙을 명문화하여 보육 현장의 불안감을 해소하고, 운영자의 친인척 근무를 엄격히 제한하는 등 사립 시설에서 발생할 수 있는 폐단을 원천 차단하는 기준을 적용했다.
