【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북대학교 러시아언어문화학과가 지역사회와의 협력을 통해 이주배경아동 지원에 나섰다.
충북대 러시아언어문화학과는 지난 4월 14일(화) 교내에서 이주배경아동지원네트워크 ‘다(多)함께 청주인(IN)’과 청주지역 이주배경아동 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약식은 대학과 지역 유관기관 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 이주배경아동의 건강한 성장과 안정적인 지역 정착을 위한 협력 기반을 마련하는 데 의미를 더했다.
충북대 러시아언어문화학과는 고려인 청소년 동아리 ‘KoreaIn’을 중심으로 지역 고려인 사회와의 연계를 강화하고, 다양한 문화·교육 프로그램을 통해 이주배경가정 지원과 인식 개선에 힘써왔다.
이번 협약을 계기로 양측은 고려인을 포함한 이주배경아동의 활동 지원을 확대하고, 민·관·학 협력을 바탕으로 보다 체계적인 지원 체계를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
차지원 러시아언어문화학과장은 “다(多)함께 청주인(IN) 네트워크에 함께해 주신 여러 기관에 감사드린다”며 “이번 협약을 통해 이주민과 선주민이 조화롭게 공존하고, 이주배경아동이 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 지역사회를 만들어가길 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편, ‘다(多)함께 청주인(IN)’은 봉명초, 봉명중, 청주사회복지관, 서부종합사회복지관, 목령종합사회복지관, 청주종합사회복지관, 청주시가족센터, 청원다문화가족지원센터, 초록우산 충북지역본부 등 9개 기관이 참여하는 네트워크다. 이들은 지역 내 이주배경아동 관련 이슈를 발굴하고 교육·정서·문화 지원 활동을 수행하고 있다.

Centered on the Koryoin youth club ‘KoreaIn,’ the Department of Russian Language and Culture has been working to strengthen ties with the local Koryoin community and support families with migration backgrounds and improve public awareness through various cultural and educational programs. Through this agreement, both parties plan to expand support for activities for children with migrant backgrounds, including Koryo-jin, and establish a more systematic support system based on cooperation among the public, private, and academic sectors.
