청와대가 15일 "각종 인허가·승인·면허·특허 등 신청 시 행정기관 제출 서류를 50% 이상 감축 방안을 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.
전은수 대변인은 이날 오후 춘추관 브리핑에서 오전에 열린 규제합리화위원회 제1차 전체회의 관련해 이같이 전했다.
그러면서 "행정기관 발급 서류는 대부분 제출을 면제할 것"이라며 "그 외 서류들에 대해서도 꼭 필요한 게 아니면 제출 의무를 없애거나 분량을 절반 수준으로 줄이겠다"고 했다.
이어 "불필요한 행정 조사 역시 50% 감축을 목표로 삼겠다"며 "명확한 법적 근거 없는 조사는 폐지 또는 혹여 존속시키더라도 온라인 조사 방식으로 전환할 것"이라고 덧붙였습니다.
또 "AI(인공지능) 활용으로 각종 규제를 한 눈에 파악할 수 있도록 하는 시스템도 개발 중"이라고 덧붙였다.
