제천시의회, 제356회 임시회 오는 24일까지 19일간 개회

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천시의회는 지난 4월 15일부터 24일까지 10일간 제356회 임시회를 개최한다.

 이번 임시회에서는 ▲「제천시 행사예산 공개에 관한 조례안」(이경리 의원 발의) ▲「제천시 인공지능행정 구현에 관한 조례안」(김수완 의원 발의) 등 의원발의 조례안 2건과 제천시장이 제출한 조례안 및 일반안 9건, 「2026년도 제1회 추가경정예산안」등 총 13건의 안건을 심의할 계획이다. 

 임시회의 주요 일정을 살펴보면, 16일부터 21일까지 각 상임위원회별로 조례안 및 일반안과 추가경정예산안을 심사하고, 22일부터 23일까지 예산결산특별위원회를 열어 예산안을 종합 심의한다. 이어 24일 제2차 본회의를 열어 모든 안건을 최종 의결하며 임시회를 마무리할 예정이다.

 권오규 의원은 제1차 본회의에서 ‘사무인계ㆍ인수 철저를 통한 행정의 연속성 확보’를 주제로 5분 자유발언을 진행했다.

 박영기 의장은 개회사를 통해 “추가경정예산안은 지역경제 회복과 민생 안정을 위한 중요한 재원”이라며 “시민 생활과 직결되는 사업들이 적기에 추진될 수 있도록 예산의 타당성과 집행의 적정성을 면밀히 검토해 달라”고 당부했다.
