【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교는 지난 15일 오후 4시 만나관 2층 세미나실에서 ‘진로·취업동아리 및 창업동아리 지정서 수여식과 간담회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 행사에는 전경국 총장직무대행을 비롯해 최경숙 입학취업처장과 동아리 학생들이 참석했으며, 진로·취업동아리 8개 팀과 창업동아리 9개 팀 등 총 17개 팀이 최종 선정됐다.
선정된 동아리들은 앞으로 취업 경쟁력 강화와 창업 역량 제고를 목표로 다양한 프로그램에 참여하며 실무 능력과 전문성을 키워나갈 예정이다.
최경숙 입학취업처장은 “동아리 활동은 학생들의 진로 탐색과 취업 준비 동기를 높이고, 대학 내 창업 문화를 확산하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다”며 “학생들이 실무 중심의 전공 역량을 강화하고 창의적인 아이디어를 바탕으로 창업 역량까지 갖출 수 있도록 대학 차원의 적극적이고 체계적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
한편 선린대학교는 대학혁신지원사업과 경북 RISE 사업을 연계한 교육·취업 지원 체계를 바탕으로 학생들의 전공 경쟁력과 취업 역량을 높이며, 입학부터 취업까지 이어지는 ‘취업에 강한 대학’ 비전 실현에 힘쓰고 있다.

Meanwhile, Sunlin University is striving to realize its vision of becoming a "university strong in employment" that extends from admission to employment, by enhancing students' major competitiveness and employment capabilities based on an education and employment support system that links the University Innovation Support Project and the Gyeongbuk RISE Project.
