[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 국립창원대학교가 대한민국 경제교육의 방향타를 잡는 핵심 거점으로 부상하고 있다. 지역 경제교육의 산실 역할을 해온 강보경 교수가 전국 단위 협의체의 중책을 맡으면서, 경남형 경제교육 모델의 전국 확산에 대한 기대감이 커지고 있다.
국립창원대학교 경남지역경제교육센터는 센터장인 강보경 교수(글로벌비즈니스학부)가 ‘전국지역경제교육센터협의회’ 부회장으로 선임됐다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 선임은 최근 개최된 협의회 정기총회를 통해 결정됐으며, 강 교수는 앞으로 전국 17개 지역센터를 아우르는 컨트롤타워의 일원으로서 국가 경제교육 정책의 수립과 실행에 깊이 관여하게 된다.
