경기도파주교육지원청은 지난 14일과 16일 양일간 관내 교(원)장 및 교(원)감을 대상으로 ‘2026학년도 4월 성(장)·공(감) 아카데미 연수’를 운영했다.

이번 4월 성(장)·공(감) 아카데미는 화해중재 역량 강화, 학생맞춤통합지원체제 구축, ‘학교가는 길’ 제작기를 통해 바라본 장애인권 이야기 등을 주제로 진행됐다.
연수에서는 학교 관리자들이 학교 내 갈등 상황을 평화적으로 해결하고 관계 회복을 지원할 수 있도록 다양한 사례와 실천 방안을 공유하며 화해중재 역량을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀으며 또한 학생 개개인의 특성과 필요를 반영한 학생맞춤통합지원 방안을 모색하고, 학교와 지역사회가 연계된 통합적 지원체제 구축의 중요성을 강조했다.
이어 진행된 장애 인권 교육에서는 ‘학교가는 길’ 제작 사례를 통해 장애에 대한 올바른 이해를 바탕으로 차별 없는 교육환경 조성과 인권 친화적 학교문화 형성의 필요성을 되짚는 시간을 가졌다.
전선아 교육장은 “이번 연수를 통해 학교 관리자의 교육적 리더십과 공감 역량이 한층 강화되기를 기대한다.”며 “앞으로도 학생 중심의 따뜻한 학교 문화를 조성하기 위한 다양한 연수를 지속적으로 운영·지원하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
