파주도시공사는 지난 4월 14일 부서별 기록물 담당자를 대상으로 2026년 기록물 담당자 현장 교육을 진행했다.

이번 교육은 사무실을 벗어나 국가 기록 유산의 보존 과정을 직접 체험함으로써 기록물 관리의 중요성을 인식하고 담당자들의 실무 전문성을 높여 공사 내 책임 있는 기록 문화를 정착시키기 위해 마련됐다.
참가자들은 대한민국 기록 관리의 중심인 국가기록원 성남서고를 방문해 기록물 복원실, 스캐닝실, 탈산실, 보존서고 등 평소 접하기 어려운 기록 관리 현장을 견학했으며 전문가의 해설과 함께 시청각 기록물과 국가 기록의 정교한 보존 및 복원 과정을 심도 있게 이해하는 시간을 가졌다.
이어 국립중앙박물관 보존과학센터 등을 방문해 역사적 유물의 보존 기술을 살피고 기록 유산의 가치를 재확인하며 실무에 적용할 아이디어를 공유했다.
조동칠 파주도시공사 사장은 이번 현장 교육이 담당자들이 기록물 관리의 중요성을 깊이 인식하고 실무 역량을 한 단계 높이는 계기가 되었길 바란다며 앞으로도 체계적이고 투명한 관리 체계를 구축해 시민에게 신뢰받는 공사로 발전하겠다고 밝혔다.
