대전광역시교육청이 봄철 기온 상승기에 발생할 수 있는 학교급식 식중독 사고에 대비해 실전과 같은 대응 체계 점검에 나섰다.
대전시교육청은 16일 관내 한 초등학교에서 유관기관과 합동으로 ‘2026년 학교급식 식중독 발생 현장 대응 모의훈련’을 실시했다. 이번 훈련은 식중독 사고 발생 시 신속한 보고 체계를 가동하고, 기관별 대응 역량을 극대화해 실제 상황에서의 혼선을 최소화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

대전시교육청은 이번 훈련 외에도 식중독 예방을 위한 선제적 대응을 강화하고 있다. 지난 3월 신학기 위생관리 취약 시기를 맞아 유관기관과 합동 점검을 마쳤으며, 3월 말부터는 관내 전체 학교를 대상으로 급식실 현장 점검을 순차적으로 진행 중이다.
