[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 재난대비훈련의 일환으로 ‘풍수해 재난 대비 주민대피 훈련’을 16일 상동면 매리 포산마을 일원에서 실시했다.
이번 훈련은 극한 강우로 시간당 100mm 이상의 집중호우로 대포천 수위가 급상승해 하천이 범람하는 상황을 가정해 진행됐다.
기상특보 발효, 하천 수위 상승에 따른 범람 위험 징후 포착, 주민대피 명령 발령 등 단계별 상황을 설정해 시청 시민안전과를 중심으로 김해동부소방서, 김해중부경찰서 등 유관기관과 함께 지역주민과 자율방재단, 주민대피지원단 등 민간조력자까지 총 40여 명이 참여해 민·관 합동 대응체계를 점검했다.
시는 이번 훈련을 통해 기관 간 협업체계를 강화하고, 재난 발생 시 신속한 상황 판단과 주민대피 체계를 점검하는 계기를 마련했다.
박민수 시민안전과장은 “단시간에 집중되는 국지성 호우가 빈번해지고 있다”며 “이번과 같은 실전형 훈련을 통해 재난 발생 시 단 한 명의 인명피해도 발생하지 않도록 대응 역량을 지속적으로 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
