16일 초등학교 현장서 모의훈련에 7개 기관 참여해 신속 보고 및 공조 체계 강화
신학기 위생 점검 이어 현장 지도 지속 “안전한 급식 환경 조성에 총력”
대전광역시교육청이 기온 상승기에 발생하기 쉬운 학교 식중독 사고를 원천 차단하기 위해 유관기관과 손잡고 현장 대응력 강화에 나섰다.
대전시교육청은 16일 지역 내 한 초등학교에서 식중독 발생 상황을 가정하고 유관기관 합동 ‘2026년 학교급식 식중독 발생 현장 대응 모의훈련’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 훈련은 식중독 사고 발생 시 신속하고 정확한 보고 체계를 확립하고, 각 기관별 역할 분담을 통해 초기 확산을 방지하는 데 목적을 두었다. 훈련에는 대전시교육청과 서부교육지원청을 비롯해 대전식약청, 충청권질병대응센터, 대전시, 서구청, 서구보건소 등 총 7개 핵심 기관이 참여해 실전에 준하는 협력 시스템을 점검했다.
특히 기관 간 소통 채널을 면밀히 살펴 실제 상황에서 발생할 수 있는 혼선을 줄이고, 역학조사 및 사후 조치 등의 유기적인 공조 과정을 집중적으로 익혔다.
대전시교육청은 훈련뿐만 아니라 선제적인 예방 활동에도 박차를 가하고 있다. 지난 3월 신학기 합동 점검에 이어, 3월 말부터는 대전 지역 내 모든 학교를 대상으로 급식실 현장 점검을 진행하며 위생관리 체계를 촘촘히 구축하고 있다.
