(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 29일까지, 청년의 취업역량을 강화하고 지역기업이 필요로 하는 실무형 인재를 양성하기 위해 ‘2026 인천 청년도약기지’ 사업 참여자 130명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, ‘인천 청년도약기지’는 구직 청년에게 실무 중심의 직무교육과 기업 인턴십 기회를 제공하는 일경험 연계형 취업지원 사업으로, 취업에 필요한 직무역량을 높이고 기업 현장 경험을 통해 실질적인 경력 형성을 지원하는 데 목적이 있다.
신청 대상은 인천시에 주민등록을 둔 18세 이상 39세 이하의 구직 청년이며, 의무복무를 마친 제대군인의 경우 복무기간을 반영해 청년 연령을 최대 3세 범위에서 연장 적용한다.
신청은 인천청년포털을 통해 온라인으로 지원할 수 있다.
직무교육 분야는 디지털·인공지능 경영지원, 인공지능 활용 디지털 마케팅, 인공지능 기반 기업 디지털 전환(DX) 대응 실무, 인공지능 기반 사회관계망서비스(SNS) 콘텐츠 제작․마케팅, 영업·마케팅, 생산·품질관리 총 6개 분야로 운영된다.
교육과정은 참여기업의 수요를 반영한 현장 실무 중심으로 운영되며, 청년 구직자가 직무 이해도와 실무 수행 역량을 체계적으로 갖출 수 있도록 구성됐다.
특히, 올해는 모든 직무교육 과정에 디지털 역량 강화 교육을 포함해 산업현장의 변화와 기업 수요에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 교육과정을 한층 강화했다.
최종 선발된 청년은 5월부터 약 3개월간 직무교육을 이수한 뒤, 참여기업과의 매칭을 통해 연계 기업에서 3개월간 인턴십에 참여하게 된다.
인천시는 이번 사업으로 청년에게는 실질적인 일경험 기회를 제공하고, 기업에는 현장형 인재를 연결하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
올해 사업은 인천경영자총협회가 운영기관으로 선정되어 청년 모집·선발, 참여기업 발굴 등 사업 전반을 관리·운영한다.
