대전광역시가 물가 및 공사비 상승 등 변화된 행정 여건을 반영해 소규모 사회기반시설 사업의 경관 심의 기준을 10년 만에 전격 완화했다. 이번 조치로 행정 절차가 대폭 간소화되면서 시민 생활과 밀접한 소규모 기반 시설의 설치 속도가 한층 빨라질 것으로 보인다.
