다만, 다년도 보험 가입자의 경우 2026년도 납입분에 한해서만 지원이 가능하며, 다수의 사업장을 운영하더라도 1개 사업장에 대해서만 혜택이 주어진다.
또한 공고일 기준 폐업 중이거나 사업자 미등록자, 전통시장 화재 공제 가입자 등 유사 사업 수혜자는 지원 대상에서 제외된다.
