여주시, ‘제46회 장애인의 날 기념식’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시 장애인단체연합회는 지난 16일 신륵사 야외공연장에서 제46회 장애인의 날 기념식을 개최했다.

장애인의 날은 장애인에 대한 이해를 높이고 재활 의욕을 고취하기 위해 제정된 법정기념일이다.

이번 행사에는 장애인과 가족 및 기관 단체장 등 400여 명이 참석했다. 기념식은 축하공연을 시작으로 장애인 복지 유공자에 대한 표창과 감사패 수여 및 내빈 축사 순으로 진행됐다.
