이번 협약은 청렴한 행정문화 정착과 시민과의 신뢰 구축을 목표로 마련됐다.
양측은 이번 협약을 통해 청렴의 중요성에 대한 공감대를 형성하였고, 행정과 시민 참여의 핵심 가치로서 청렴을 실천하기 위한 공동 노력을 이어가기로 뜻을 모았다.
